Frequently asked questions

Do I need to complete the pre-work in order to attend?

No, but we highly recommend it so you can come prepared. If you are not able to complete it, don't worry! Just do what you can.

What is the dress code?

Casual. The room is often cool, so we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket just in case if you tend to get cold.

What should I bring?

Bring your pre-work, business cards, and a hunger to learn. If you attended previous sessions this year, bring your planning binder; otherwise, we'll provide a binder for you.

What is the parking like?

The Hurstbourne Place building has free parking. There are a limited number of visitor parking spots in the front of the building, and there are also large parking lots on each side of the building.

Should I bring my team members?

If you have key team members who are involved in your planning, you may want to bring them. Each team member will need to have a ticket in order to attend.

Can I get a refund if needed?

Refunds are available up to 1 week before the event starts (Eventbrite's fee is not refundable though). We will not be able to issue a refund after 5:00pm on Thursday, March 7th, 2024.
